A tour through the grounds and an introduction to the chef and kitchen – somewhere you’re welcome to pop into any time.

NUTRITION TALK & RESET REPORT HANDOUT
Led by your Reset Button expert nutritional therapist, you will learn the fundamental pillars of nutrition and what to expect from your changes to your diet during the week. You will receive your personal Reset report for you to read at your leisure.

We'll end the session with a Q&A section where you can ask anything.

DINNER
Join a table with all the other Reset Buttoners for your first gourmet dinner. You won’t even notice that it excludes all of the bad boys: wheat, sugar, dairy, processed foods, red meat. You’ll be rebalancing your body with every mouthful as your menu is tailored to your personal rebalancing program according to your Reset report.

QUIZ & HERBAL TEAS
At the end of our dinner, we will recline to one of the lounges for a fun ‘pub style’ quiz about health.

BREAKFAST
Wake up with a delicious detox tea as you gently rise and shine! Come down to a delightful spread of re-balancing nourishment which will set you up perfectly for the day ahead.

MINDFULNESS SESSION
After breakfast we join the Mindfulness Therapist for a relaxed meditation session. After some practical information and answering any of your questions, you will then be taken through a guided meditation.
13.00 - 14.00
LUNCH
Meet back at the dining room for your lunchtime feast. You'll be sat with the other guests and the experts who will talk about a wide variety of topics.

PRIVATE NUTRITIONAL CONSULATION
One-on-one time with the Reset Button Expert. Learn about how your food is effecting you, and find out what you need to change to really make that difference you are looking for.

YOGA
Soak up the late afternoon rays as you do a gentle yoga practice. Our Yoga teacher will create it for the level that you are - beginner or advanced.
18.00 - 19.00
MASSAGE
A dip into total relaxation. One hour therapeutic massage, can be given either in your room or outdoors in the setting sunshine.
20.00 - 21.30
DINNER
You may already be feeling some detox symptoms but dinner is a scrumptious affair. Swap notes with the other guests and savour every bite of your meal knowing you are truly nourishing yourself from the inside out.

BREAKFAST
Try a new delicious detox tea as you gently arise on day three. Already your taste buds will be resetting. The delicious breakfast feast will taste so flavoursome as you peruse the daily timetable and schedule your massage.

After breakfast wander the grounds to find the beautiful spot your Mindfulness Therapist has chosen for today’s morning meditation practice.

YOGA
Stretch your way into the day with a morning practice to get your circulation going. Our Yoga teacher tailors each class for the level that you are - beginner or advanced.

YOUR TIME
It is a holiday, after all. Take a book to the pool side, or treat yourself to an extra spa treatment. You’re free to do as you wish.
13.00 - 14.00
LUNCH
Meet by the pool for today’s lunchtime feast. Learn about some of the key pillars of health from the nutritional therapist as the chef serves you up another scrumptious rebalancing meal.
16.00 - 17.00
CARDIO CLASS
A few days into your new way of eating, your body is now ready for some more vigorous exercise. Join us for outdoor practice with our fitness instructor who adapts the fun class for every level. Expect to get a sweat on, helping the body speed up the detoxification process.
18.00 - 19.00
MINDFULNESS – DESTRESS
What is stress and how do we respond to it? In this session you’ll learn how you are capable of freeing yourself from its grip. You’ll practice a technique which shows you how to focus on your body to release you from the tension.
20.00 - 21.30
DINNER
Having cut out all the bad stuff for several days now, you begin to savour flavours like never before. Join the other guests and dine in style knowing you are doing your body good at the same time.

NUTRITION TALK
Join us in the lounge as we talk about how the process is going so far. You’ll learn about why you are craving certain food types and how to deal with these feelings.

HIKE
You’ll be guided through the valleys and enjoy the opportunity to be fully surrounded by nature. Breathe in the fresh air and hear the sounds of wild animals as you wander across the hills.

LUNCH
Arrive back to the masia for today’s lunchtime BBQ fish and veggie feast by the poolside. Indulge in every nutritious dish while swapping stories with the other guests.

RELAXATION TIME
Well into the swing of holiday by now, choose a spot in the sun or shade and decide to practice your own meditation. Or simply go for a dip in the pool. It’s your holiday.
15.30 - 16.00
MINDFUL DRAWING DROP-IN
Drop into this session of learning to focus through the process of pen to paper. The goal isn’t to create perfect art, it’s to learn how to use focus to restore your sense of calm and control. The process helps you focus your thoughts to be mindfully in the present. It has the added bonus of being pleasantly relaxing too.

MINDFULNESS – THOUGHTS
Your thoughts should not be the boss of you. In this enlightening session you’ll learn about the nature of thoughts and how being caught in thinking is often where suffering comes from. You’ll practice how to step away from your thoughts and be in the present moment.

RESTORATIVE YOGA
Join us as the sun goes down for a slow yoga session. You’ll be gently guided through a sequence of poses, spending time in each allowing you to relax and rest.
20.00 - 21.30
DINNER
A relaxed dinner, which you’ll be ready for after the day’s activities. You’ll be getting in tune with your body’s wants by now. A satiating meal packed with nutrients, freshly made. Just what it’s after.

CARDIO - SHAKE UP
After an early night to bed and a long sound sleep, you’ll be bright and bushy tailed for this morning’s circuits around the grounds. Mountain climbers by the pool, lunges in the forest, sit ups in the stables. You may even end up on the trampoline in this enjoyable early fitness session.

BREAKFAST
Join your new friends round the table or take your breakfast out into the grounds to enjoy in the morning sun.
10.00 – 11.00
MINDFULNESS – BEING PRESENT
Join the Mindfulness Therapist outside in the forest clearing for a session about movement and body. You’ll learn ways to bring yourself back into the moment and focus your mind.
11.00 - 13.30
YOUR TIME
Always important, your time. Choose to relax or take a walk into the local village. You can even book an extra spa treatment or consultation if you choose to.
14.00 – 15.00
LUNCH
Join the guests and full staff as we all join together for a traditional Spanish Sunday lunch; paella and local Catalan dishes on the terrace.

YOGA & MINDFULNESS
You’ll begin this session with our Yoga teacher and end it with our mindfulness therapist as you’re taken through a thorough 90 minute sesson working up an appetite for your dinner.

DINNER
A vegan meal ends the day. You’ll take this evening to check in how you are feeling so far.

Join us in the lounge as we talk about gut health.

Who cares if it’s a Monday, you’re on holiday! Wander down to breakfast when you are ready for more re-balancing nourishment setting you up perfectly for the day ahead.

Stroll into the gardens for your morning mindfulness practice guided by the Mindfulness Therapist.

YOGA
Join our yoga instructor as you practice your sun salutations in the glorious Spanish sunshine.

Meet down by the pool for a delightful lunchtime spread. Your tastebuds will be tantalised as you ponder with the other guests how it’s possible this food is genuinely doing you good at the same time as tasting so utterly delicious.

MINDFULNESS – SELF COMPASSION
Learn how to deal with your own worst critic; you. When you learn how to treat yourself compassionately through mindfulness you can free yourself from self-criticism and build up a resilience to life’s major challenges.

CARDIO SESSION
You’ll sweat it out in the grounds of the farmhouse in this fun session made for every level of fitness.

NUTRITION ASSESSMENT
You’ll meet with the rest of the guests as we assess how the week has gone. You’ll learn from everyone’s unique story and will swap some of the important lessons taken from the week. Here you can ask any questions you have still got. You’ll also be taken through the guide of what to do next? How do you go back to your daily routine without ruining all the good work done so far.

GUIDE FROM THE THERAPISTS
You’ll be taken through the guide of what to do next by the Nutritionist and the Mindfulness Therapist and psychotherapist. How do you go back to your daily routine without ruining all the good work done so far? You’ll be shown ways to continue making healthy responses, not just with food, but for your life.
20.00 - 21.30
FINAL DINNER
Join together for a final celebration and reflection on the week. You’ll choose recipes to take home from the ones you’ve tried that week. You’ll swap your favourite tips and be reminded of the highlights. You’ll get the opportunity to reflect on the first week of your new normal and to set some intentions for when you get home. You’ll be added to the Reset Buttoners private group so you can all stay in touch post-reset.

FINAL BREAKFAST
Join us for your last scrumptious breakfast feast. You’ll be equipped by now with everything you need to keep the healthy living up.

TRANSFERS TO AIRPORT/CITY
You’ll be met and taken to your terminal by our comfortable minibus. If you want to have a final night in Barcelona you can have this arranged, including a dinner at one of Barcelona’s best vegetarian healthy restaurants.

Well you can’t be left to your own devices just yet… you’ll be given a delicious packed lunch to take with you plus healthy snacks to help get you past all the nasty processed food options at the airport or in the centre.
